Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can request a cancellation of your order only before it has been shipped.

Once the order is handed over to our courier partner (DTDC/ST/DHL), it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 8903412640.

Returns & Unboxing Video

Due to the delicate nature of Silk and Heritage weaves, we generally do not accept returns. However, in the rare case of a damaged or wrong product, we offer a replacement or refund.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

To be eligible for a refund/return for damaged goods, you must provide a proper Unboxing Video. The video must be uncut, showing the package being opened and the damage clearly visible.

No video proof = No Refund. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain trust and authenticity.

Order Processing & Shipping

We ensure your heritage piece reaches you safely. Here is our process:

  1. Payment Verification: We process your order immediately after successful payment.
  2. Secure Packing: Your saree is folded carefully and packed in tamper-proof packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Dispatch: The parcel is handed over to our courier partners (Domestic: ST/DTDC, International: DHL/FedEx).
  4. Tracking: Once shipped, we will share the tracking details with you via WhatsApp/Email.
